Who we are

RK Local Leads is a local marketing business serving the Greater Seattle Area. This policy explains what information we collect on rklocalleads.com and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you contact us through the form, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, business name, phone, email, website, the service you are interested in, and your message. We also record the time and the page you submitted from.

We use this information only to reply to you, prepare your audit, and talk with you about our services. We do not sell or rent your information.

Service providers

We use a few trusted providers to run this site:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and provides Turnstile, which helps block spam on our form.
• Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site, if enabled.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Analytics and cookies

We may use Google Analytics to measure visits, pages viewed, and whether the form was submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. It does not tell us who you are.

Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies or similar technology to check that a real person is using the form.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Just send a request through our contact form and mention it in the message.

Children

This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
